Return Policy

We want you to love every FLOOO piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order

Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a quality issue.

Returns & Exchanges

You may choose:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Exchange for another size or item
  • Store credit

Return Steps

  1. Contact us for approval
  2. Receive return instructions
  3. Ship the item back
  4. Once received, we process within 48 hours

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility (unless item is defective or incorrect)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We currently do not provide return labels

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method

Delivery Guarantee

If your order does not arrive within:

30 business days (US)
45 business days (International)

We will arrange a full refund

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Orders paid fully with store credit

Taxes & Duties

  • Taxes are refunded according to local laws
  • Duties & customs fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
